Recovery with the "Trusted Contacts" feature lets you take full control of your Facebook account. In that process, you are just required to assign 3 to 5 of your Facebook friends who you trust.
Step#1: Go to facebook.com via a computer, and then click on "Forgot account?" below the login page.
Step #2: When prompted, find your Facebook account by searching your email address, phone number, or Facebook username.
Step #3: Let's consider you have searched for your email address. Then, check the list of email addresses listed.
